Single straight leg stretch

  • Start lying face up on the mat with legs and arms straight up in the air perpendicular to the ground. (or as straight as you can) 
  • Bring the right leg in as close to the face as flexibility allows, grasping the lower leg with both hands.
  • While the other leg extends out and away from the body, pulse the leg towards the torso two times.
  • Then switch legs.
