- Lie face up on the mat with knees drawn towards the chest, shins parallel to the floor in “tabletop”.
- Exhale, raising the head, neck, and chest off the mat.
- At the same time, extend the left leg at a 45-degree angle to the mat while drawing the right knee in toward the chest.
- Grasp the right knee with the right hand.
- Switch legs on the inhale, pulse for one beat, and switch legs again on the exhale.
