Double straight leg stretch

  • Lie face up on the mat with palms supporting the back of the neck and legs bent towards the chest.
  • Exhale, bringing the upper torso off the mat and extending the legs so they’re pointing straight up towards the ceiling.
  • Lower the legs to 45-degrees for three counts and lift again for one count.
