  • Start face up on the mat with hands behind the neck and elbows wide.
  • Lift the head, neck, and shoulders off the mat.
  • Bring the left armpit toward the right knee and extend left leg out to a high diagonal.
  • Twist to the other side and switch legs, bringing the right armpit toward the left knee and extending the right leg.
